Crispy Fried Zucchini – Spend money

This fried zucchini recipe is easy to make with parmesan bread crumbs perfectly as a snack, side or appetizer.

- zucchini: Use small and medium-sized zucchini for optimal texture and flavor. If using a large garden zucchini, you can cut it in half and scrape the seeds if needed.
- Flour and eggs: Helps the bread crumbs stick to the zucchini slices.
- Seasoned bread crumbs: If your crumbs are not seasoned, check the side dish notes to add seasoning. Can be seasoned with panko bread crumbs or regular crumbs.
- Parmesan cheese: Add salty and salt to the coating.

How to Fry Zucchini
There are several ways to fry zucchini. You can fry in oil in a fryer, or bake in the oven.
- In the pot: Heat 1 inch of oil in a frying pan or skillet. Divide the zucchini into small batches and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- In the fryer: Preheat the fryer to 375°F. Add the zucchini in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Oven Fry: To bake in the oven, place the coin single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Bake in an oven preheated to 400°F for 18 to 20 minutes.

Fried zucchini
Crispy fried zucchini Cut into medallions, spread in Parmesan crumb mixture, and fry until golden and crispy.

Prevent the screen from becoming dark

Trim the ends and cut them into ½-inch disks.

In a small bowl, beat the eggs with ¼ teaspoon per salt and pepper. On a shallow dish, mix Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and ½ teaspoon salt and black pepper.

Add ½ inch of oil to a medium skillet. Heat medium heat to 350°F using a thermometer.

Add zucchini German flour tone and get rid of the excess. Dip the egg mixture into the egg mixture and press gently to stick. Repeat the rest of the slices.

In small batch cooking, add zucchini to hot oil, 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Drain tissue. Season with extra salt if needed.
- Fryer: Preheat the fryer to 375°F. Set aside in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
- Oven Fry: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until crisp and golden.
Make sure you are using seasoned bread crumbs. If your bread crumbs are pure, add 1 teaspoon each teaspoon of garlic powder, dried parsley slices and ½ teaspoon onion powder, dried oregano oregano and dried basil.
