How to make garlic aioli butter

  1. Start with mayonnaise (available quickly or homemade store-buy if you like).
  2. Whisk all the ingredients together (recipe below).
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes and serve!

For milder garlic flavor, bake the garlic in the oven on aluminum foil until soft and golden.
