Fried eggplant Parmesan cheese in the air
Make the perfectly crispy golden air-fried eggplant Parmesan cheese to enjoy this classic comfort food in a lighter and easier way!

Prevent the screen from becoming dark

Preheat the fryer to 380°F.

Cut the eggplant into ½” slices and dry with a paper towel.

Mix bread crumbs, parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in a medium bowl.

Place the flour in another bowl and whisk the eggs in another bowl.
