These simple boiler pork chops are one of our favorites of all time! The perfectly cooked tender pork chops, suffocated with mushrooms and onions to form a delicious gravy.

Preheat the oil with medium and high temperature. Season the pork with salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic powder. Brown pork on both sides (about 3 minutes per side).
