How many feeds does it?
This free weekly meal plan is exactly the week you need to be a little easier! These five recipes will serve food for 4-6 people (depending on your staff), and in addition, it includes a shopping list to make things simple.
Why do I have to have a meal?
If you haven’t tried planning your meals ahead of time, this will be your game changer! That’s why I swear to have a meal plan:
- Save time: Dinner no longer panic at 4:00 pm. With the menu plan, you know exactly what is on the menu, what you need and how long it takes to cook.
- save money: Meal plans offer wonders for your wallet. As you organize your shopping list for the week, you will easily spot opportunities in bulk and creatively repurpose leftovers for future meals. This is a clever way to keep more money in your pocket.
- Goodbye Takeaway: You are unlikely to call when you plan your dinner ahead of time and store groceries. Because you cook at home, this means more savings and a healthier diet. Win-win!
My weekly meal plan always includes a printable shopping list that has been measured and ready to go. It makes things so easy!

Store leftover meals
I only plan on meals Monday to Friday because we sometimes have plans on weekends, or what I have left, we have to finish the week! If you do have leftovers, make sure they are stored correctly in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
